Support Future Biotechnologists
Future Biotechnologists is and always will be free for schools. Future Biotechnologists has been developed by The Biotechnology and Medicine Education Trust (BiotechMet). BiotechMet is a registered charity with the Charity Commission, Registered Charity Number 1165469.
Our mission is to inspire students from all backgrounds and disciplines to consider pursue careers in the life science sector by bringing them together with amazing people from the sector. We strive widen access to the life sciences and promote diversity and inclusiveness by making students realise that it is somewhere where they can find a home.
There is a fundamental lack of understanding in schools, colleges and higher education institutions and among teachers and students about the life science sector. This means that career teachers are not able to advise students about the many different career paths into the sector. We aim to bridge this gap and help students and teachers get a better understanding of the opportunities available in the sector.
But we can only do this with the kind support of sponsors and donors. Sponsors will be recognised on the website by the inclusion of their logo on the website and at events held by us.
